UNITED WAY 2023 CAMPAIGN

This year our auto group had the opportunity to be one of the pace setter companies for the 2023 United Way Campaign. As a whole, our employees were able to pledge over $27,000 to our community, which was matched dollar for dollar by the company, raising over $54,000 for our community. Below are the employees who chose to donate for the year of 2023.

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Each year, we like to recognize the employee who has stood out to the rest of our employees as the employee who has gone above and beyond for the last year. This employee works hard, is always positive, is always willing to lend a helping hand to any of their co-workers when needed. Our employee of the year is nominated and voted on by the rest of our staff and is then recognized in a presentation at the end of our annual employee appreciation week.
Along with our employee of the year program, we also like to recognize our employees in other areas. Each quarter we hold an “End of the Quarter Party”, where we recognize the sales consultants of the quarter, the technicians of the quarter, and the employee of the quarter.
EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION EVENTS
Outside our employee appreciation week, we like to hold various events throughout the years to keep our employees involved. From Christmas parties to Thanksgiving potluck lunches to ugly sweater contests to breast cancer awareness shirts for the month of October, we want our employees to know that we appreciate them and that their work is the reason we can support our community as a company.
